Our hiring period is 3 days.
Out of Auckland or overseas hireage please talk to us on how we can adjust the hire period to suit your needs.

Do you provide delivery?
Yes, we provide postage and delivery at extra costs depending on size and weight of the items. Please talk to us on quoting for a delivery
How do I return an item?
Please message us prior to returning items so we can be there to assist you and return any outstanding bond.
How do I confirm my booking?
You can confirm your booking via email/facebook message or call us! A 50% deposit is required to secure booking. A bond is also required which will be refunded upon returning of items.
Can I come and view the showroom?
Certrainly! Our showroom is open via appointments. Please message us in advance and we will arrange a time to meet you.
How much notice do you need for customizing favours?
We recommend at least 2 month in advance for us to customize your favours. We make and order from scratch to ensure your favours are personalised to the smallest details.
Do you style other events as well?
Yes we do! We have done bridal showers, engagement parties, providing props for photoshoots. If you have a special occasion coming up don't hesitate to have a chat to us! We will try our very best to create the ideal event for you.
